The Rogers Law Group focuses exclusively on home preservation and assisting distressed homeowners through foreclosure defense, loan modification, bankruptcy, and short sales. 

Prior to forming his own law firm in 2009, Rick was Director of Global Real Estate for Abbott Laboratorires, a Fortune 100 Worldwide Healthcare Corporation. His entire professional career has been spent in real estate. 

Rick is a member of The National Association of Consumer Advocates, The National Association of Bankruptcy Attorneys, The National Association of Realtors and Realtor Association of North West Chicagoland, and has been an active Real Estate Broker for over 20 years. Since 2003, his law and real estate practice has been devoted exclusively to mortgage default and foreclosure matters. 

Rick is a former instructor for the Max Gardner Bankruptcy Bootcamp. He has consulted with the Illinois Attorney General's office regarding settlement with the major mortgage servicers. He has spoken to homeowners at numerous public forums about loan modification and foreclosure. 

Rick's MBA, his Real Estate Broker License, a decades long career in real estate, a decade long career in the foreclosure arena, and his particular expertise in NPV analysis, (an important financial tool used for evaluation of foreclosure options)are the foundation of the firms loan modification model.
