Robert A. Spence, Jr. is an attorney at Spence, Berkau & McLamb, P.A. in Smithfield, North Carolina.  He is a board-certified specialist in real property law, residential transactions.  He attended Smithfield High, graduated from Woodberry Forest School, magna cum laude, and earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Wesleyan University in Middletown Connecticut and his J.D. degree from the University of North Carolina.  He has an AV Preeminent Rating by Martindale Hubbell and from his attorney peers, the highest rating.
