Attorney Robert Phillips has been representing individuals and their family members in personal injury and wrongful death matters for 25 years.

The results he has acheived include record-setting settlements and jury verdicts which he has secured on behalf of his clients.

Mr. Phillips is a Certified Life Member of both The Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.  Fewer than 1% of Lawyers in the Untied States are members.  Certification is based upon results obtained by attorneys.

Mr. Phillips has been nationally featured and appeared on the NBC Today Show with Matt Lauer, as well as ABC and CBS television,  He has provided interviews and legal commentary on investigative reports relating to dangerous railroad crossings, medical malpractice and tractor-trail collisions.

Illinois law requires attorneys to complete continuing legal education courses in order to maintain a license to practice law.  Mr. Phillips has served as an instructor  in Trial Technique.
