In his 17 years of law practice, Robert Ogletree has built a diverse practice representing both corporations and individuals. Mr. Ogletree's jury trials include cases involving medical malpractice, defective products, consumer finance, motor vehicle accidents and catastrophic injuries. He has represented parties involving OSHA/Safety violations, defective products, construction disputes, employment, divorce, immigration, construction defects, insurance coverage, premises security and medical malpractice.

Mr. Ogletree has handled all phases of discovery from start to finish, including hundreds of motion hearings and depositions.
