Biography
Robert Ryan represents persons who have been injured, wronged or taken advantage of by the powerful. He believes in “tilting the scales of justice” for the average person against the big insurance companies and corporations.
Robert has over 40 jury trials under his belt, and multiple seven and eight figure wins. His trials include insurance bad faith, police excessive force, elder fraud, legal malpractice, sexual harassment, wrongful death and murder. He was a senior prosecuting attorney and then an insurance defense attorney before starting his own practice 15 years ago.
When he’s not prosecuting civil cases, he hangs out at the beaches in San Diego and Baja with his 14 year old daughter and best friend, Gabriella.
