Robert Salaman has considerable litigation experience in all areas of Employment Law, including Sexual Harassment, Hostile Work Environment, Discrimination at Work (based on Race, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation (LGBT), National Origin, Pregnancy, Age, Disability and Retaliation Claims) in addition to FMLA (Minimum Wage and Overtime) Claims. He is a strong advocate for his clients practicing in both Federal and State courts.

Mr. Salaman is well versed in the law and has experience with many governmental agencies including but not limited to United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), New York State Division of Human Rights (NYSDHR), and New York City Commission on Human Rights (NYCCHR) in addition to the New Jersey Commission on Civil Rights (NJCCR), all empowered to prevent workers and employees from being exposed to employment discrimination, sexual harassment and a hostile work environment.
