Robert Winer has been licensed in Massachusetts since 2004 and is a former associate with Graeber, Davis & Cantwell in Quincy. There, he concentrated in areas of family law, personal injury, real estate, and criminal defense. He currently practices in Weymouth and concentrates primarily in personal injury law (motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall injuires) and assisting persons with purchasing and selling real estate on the south shore. Attorney Winer has also been employed with a local police department since 1996 and currently holds the rank of lieutenant (evening shift). Additionally, Attorney Winer is the broker/owner of Hartford Realty Group, LLC.  He has been a Realtor for more than 10 years and is a veteran of the U.S. Army military police (1989-1993). He was employed full time as an EMT after receiving his honorable discharge and prior to becoming a police officer.
