I have exclusively focused my practice on criminal law, and in particular white-collar criminal defense, for the past 28 years, first as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the District of New Jersey and for the past 20 years as a criminal defense attorney.  I handle significant, complex federal and state crimes involving wire and mail fraud, tax evasion, securities fraud, healthcare fraud, drug crimes, money laundering and murder.  Our goal is to prevent someone that is being investigated from being charged.  If someone has already been charged, our goal is to win an acquittal or work out the best possible disposition under the circumstances.  My entire firm is devoted to defending client's rights and liberties.
