Rob Manly is a litigation attorney with an active trial practice handling a wide variety of disputes throughout North Dakota and northwestern Minnesota. Rob's areas of concentration include personal injury claims, trust and estate litigation, contract disputes, and agricultural-related litigation.

Rob has been with the law firm since 2001 and currently serves as the firm’s President. He gained substantial trial experience as a criminal prosecutor prior to joining the firm. During his time with Vogel, Rob has handled numerous trials and appeals to successful conclusions.

A native of New Rockford, North Dakota, Rob resides in Fargo with his wife Julie and three children. He is a graduate of Dartmouth College and the University of North Dakota School of Law. Rob is active in his community, serving on boards and volunteering with several local non-profit organizations. He has been on the Board of Directors for Legal Services of North Dakota since 1999. Rob also serves as Secretary-Treasurer for the State Bar Association of North Dakota Board of Governors.
