I have been serving clients since 1978 with a concentration on estate planning, estate and trust administration and probate. My father was a well known attorney, W. Robert Morgan, and my sister, Marilyn Morgan was a bankruptcy judge until her recent retirement. I graduated summa cum laude from Santa Clara University Law School in 1978 and have helped hundreds of clients with matters in my practice area.  I try to approach legal matters from the perspective of my clients. 

I have enjoyed breeding and raising Morgan Horses at Triton Ranch in Hollister, CA with wife, Susie.  I have 5 adult children who all graduated from college and two who graduated from law school and were active attorneys before pursuing other related careers.  I enjoy bay area sports, especially football and baseball, and working on my ranch.
