I also represent fiduciaries, such as executors, trustees, and agents under power of attorney, and I represent individuals and businesses in both the planning and administration stages. I have represented both beneficiaries and fiduciaries (both corporate and individual) in matters involving estate, trust, and guardianship administrations. My work also involves issues of tax law including litigating tax disputes in New Jersey and federal courts.
