Biography
Robert J. Adinolfi, Esquire graduated Cum Laude with a B.S in Accounting from St. Joseph’s University in 1974 and was awarded his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law, Camden in 1977. For over forty years, first as a sole practioner, then as a founding Partner and Shareholder of Adinolfi and Spevak, P.A for 20 years, and now as a founding Partner and Shareholder of Adinolfi, Lieberman, Burick, Roberto & Molotsky, P.A. he has devoted his practice to family law and its related practice areas including, marital dissolutions, appeals, alimony, civil unions, child custody, domestic violence, prenuptial agreements, post-divorce cases, equitable distribution, and tax issues.

Certification in Matrimonial LawRobert has been a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers since 1989. The AAML is a national organization that seeks to encourage the study, improve the practice, elevate the standards and advance the cause of matrimonial law, to the end that the welfare of the family and society be protected. In order to become a Fellow in the AAML, a candidate must have significant family law trial experience, recommendations by the Judges before whom they regularly appear, and they must pass rigorous national and state examinations covering a multitude of complex family law issues. In order to maintain status as a Fellow in the AAML you must take continuing education credits and practice a high level of family law litigation. Robert has served two years on the Board of Managers and has served as the President, Second Vice President after serving as Treasurer of the AAML.
