Bob has been selected as a NJ Superlawyer for 11 consecutive years and was recently awarded the nations  "Top One Percent" attorney by the National Association Distinguished Counsel. Bob successfully argued the Hellwig case before the NJ Supreme Court which proclaimed a change in N.J. cardiovascular law that remains in effect today and is cited as the pre-eminent heart attack case in N.J. Bob has been a member of the NJSBA (New Jersey State Bar Association) for 33 years, is a former Executive Committee member to the Workers' Compensation Section of the NJSBA, and a member of the Phi Alpha Theta Honor society. Bobs interests are:  Social and competitive tennis (USTA and local tournaments), skiing, biking, and walking his dog.
