Bob’s civil litigation practice involves a broad range of contractual litigation and arbitration matters as well as employer-employee disputes, trade secret misappropriation, covenants not to compete, business torts, franchise disputes, physician partnership disputes, oil and gas, real estate, and financial and lending disputes, technology and licensing, investment and acquisition disputes, probate, and data breach matters.
