For more than a decade, Robert J. Ounjian has practiced general liability and medical malpractice litigation with an emphasis in birth injuries. Over the course of his career, Robert has recovered more than $100 million in justice for injured plaintiffs. Robert is particularly effective at persuading insurance companies to settle with Carpenter, Zuckerman & Rowley’s clients. Last year, Robert obtained a $74.525 million verdict for a victim of medical malpractice and a $1.5 million settlement for a motorcyclist who suffered genital injuries that caused post-traumatic stress disorder and required invasive surgery.
