Robert has worked as Of Counsel since nearly the beginning of Stevens & Legal. He handles a variety of cases from employment law to personal injuries to wrongful death cases and more.

The majority of Robert's recent legal practice has focused on employment law matters involving car dealership commission disputes. Robert has recently resolved more than two dozen complicated wage theft complaints against some of the largest auto dealerships in the Pacific Northwest.

As a prior employee of a large insurance company, Robert learned how to litigate cases in Oregon involving construction defect matters to less complex auto accidents, and many issues in-between. He has also handled medical malpractice cases and run-of-the-mill breach of contract matters. Robert also was a Program Attorney at one of the nation’s leading providers of class action legal services, where he oversaw the administration and processing of class actions settlements ranging from $7 million to $25 million.

Outside of the office, Robert is an avid fisherman and enjoys kayaking. His other interests include modern board games and spending time with his family exploring Oregon's numerous scenic offerings.
