Attorney Robert M. Hammers, Jr. began his legal career representing corporations and insurance companies in car, truck, and industrial accident cases involving catastrophic injuries and wrongful death. Mr. Hammers now uses this experience to prosecute cases on behalf of injury victims. After graduating college, he worked in legal presentation services where he soon discovered his passion for law. He is proud to be a trial lawyer who stands up for the rights of his clients, and has been named a Super Lawyer® Rising Star℠ for 2012, 2013, and 2015. Mr. Hammers and his firm are solely dedicated to helping victims who have been injured by others’ negligence, and works hard to get the most substantial recovery possible for each of his clients. His focus is primarily in auto and trucking accident cases, premises liability cases, and those involving defective drugs and medical devices.
