3. Non Profit Formation for faith-based entities (churches and parachurch evangelical ministries); and

4. Oil and gas matters.

With over 40 years of legal experience, we place our priorities on staying in close touch with our clients and meeting their unique needs.  I continue to practice in my "semi-retirement" years simply because I love the law and the ongoing process of serving people.  When I feel a client needs a more focused specialty of law outside of my expertise, I do not hesitate to refer to other trusted colleagues.
