Bo Yager has represented clients inTennessee in jurisdictions ranging from Memphis to Nashville to Knoxville. Bo's sole practice is criminal defense, demonstrating expertise representing defendants against both felony and misdemeanor offenses, including: DUI, assault, domestic violence, theft, drug charges, crimes of violence, sex crimes, and expungements. Known for an aggressive defense of the Constitution that is spurred on by a firm belief in the oath he took during his years as a United States Marine.

Bo attended Middle Tennessee State University from 2014-2018, earning a B.S. in Political Science. Enrolled in the Nashville School of Law in 2018, earning his J.D. in 2023.

In his spare time, Bo serves as an assistance wrestling coach at Father Ryan High School, winning five state championships since 2015. Bo also heads the wrestling programs at RMA Jiu Jitsu in Nolensville and Franklin, TN.

Bo is a member of the Nashville Bar Association, as well as the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
