Rocio Gosewehr Hernandez earned her bachelor's degree from Baylor University before attending Notre Dame Law School for her law degree. After graduating, she returned to Texas to start her career as a trial lawyer.

She began in personal injury defense, working with insurance companies like GEICO, Progressive, and State Farm. However, she soon discovered her true calling lay in representing personal injury plaintiffs who had experienced catastrophic injuries.

Currently, Rocio is a shareholding partner and Director of the Legal Division at Snellings Law. She has established a strong reputation as a successful trial lawyer in North Texas and has developed a loyal following through her platform, Rocio at Law. Renowned for her passionate advocacy, Rocio tirelessly fights for her clients, striving for justice both in and out of the courtroom.
