My name is Rodman J. Martin and I am an attorney practicing in northern California representing injured workers.  At the Law Office of Jon Marlowe we work very hard to provide aggressive and professional representation on behalf our clients. 

I am a Board Certified Specialist is Workers' Compensation, which is a designation provided to practioners by the State Bar of California.  I have handled hundreds of workers' compensation cases.  Each of these cases often involves court hearings as well as depositions.  I make every effort to be a compassionate, empathetic advocate for my clients and do my best to communicate with them in a relatable way; not in a condesecending way full of legalese.

I am a member of the California Applicants' Attorneys Association (CAAA), which is a professional organization of attorneys who represent injured workers. 

I was also selected for the 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021 Northern California Rising Stars lists by the Super Lawyers organization.

Although most of the office's practice is in the area of workers' compensation, we also represent clients in the areas of personal injury and social security disability claims at the hearing stage, particularly when personal injury/social security disability overlap with a work injury.
