I am a complex commercial litigator and contract attorney on Madison Avenue, in New York City.  I have successfully represented my clients' interests in the federal and state courts of New York and New Jersey, as well as mediations, arbitrations and in contract negotiations for over thirty years.

       As a litigator, I have been to trial and won at trial against such opponents as AT&T, the United States Attorney's Office, and many other well known entities and firms.  As a corporate counsel to several corporations, I negotiate contracts seeking the best outcome for my clients, and to make them secure, especially if litigation later ensues.
