Attorney Houde is a trial and appellate lawyer practicing in the areas of municipal liability, premises liability, insurance coverage, Connecticut tribal law, personal and commercial auto, and uninsured and underinsured motorist coverage.  He is a member of Kalon’s founding team and is the firm’s Diversity and Inclusion Officer.

In addition to being admitted in Connecticut, Attorney Houde is admitted in the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Court, Mohegan Gaming Disputes Court, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut.

Prior to joining Kalon, Attorney Houde was an associate at an insurance defense firm in Hartford. He also served as a clerk to the Honorable Judges of the Hartford Superior Court.

Attorney Houde seeks efficient and effective resolution of all his representative matters. This often involves drafting and arguing motions to dismiss, to strike, and/or for summary judgment.
