Biography

I am an attorney practicing primarily bankruptcy law and debt counseling in Maryland and the District of Columbia. As a bankruptcy attorney, I counsel consumer clients who are facing foreclosure and potential or actual creditor lawsuits and judgments. On behalf of consumer clients, I file Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy petitions. In Chapter 11 corporate bankruptcy cases, I file proofs of claim for corporate clients and negotiate settlements of preference claims filed against corporate clients by debtor corporations. I have practiced law for 28 years.
