Mr. Leisinger received his Juris Doctorate from Chapman University School of Law in 2008 with an emphasis in tax law. While attending law school, Mr. Leisinger worked in the school’s tax law clinic assisting low-income tax payers. In 2007, Mr. Leisinger served as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Robert N. Kwan, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Central District of California, Santa Ana. Mr. Leisinger is licensed to practice in the State of California and is federally admitted to practice in Northern District of California, Eastern District of California, Central District of California, Southern District of California, as well as the District Court of Colorado.
