Family is very important to me, as I am sure it is to most people. While death and disability are not pleasant topics, its best to have a plan in place for you and your loved ones. If a child or parent depends on you, you want to make sure he or she is taken care of and that assets are not unnecessarily tied up in court. I enjoy meeting with people one on one and hearing about their wishes for themselves and their families, and helping them design an estate plan that will meet their needs.

I also have an extensive background in litigation which involves a lot of strategic and creating thinking, drafting skills, and knowledge of many different legal areas. These skills make me well-suited to develop and draft estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney and health care directives specifically tailored to meet individual needs.
