Mr. Vasquez has been licensed to practice law in Texas since the spring of 2003.  Mr. Vasquez earned his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University - College Station with a Bachelor of Business Administration specializing in Finance (B.B.A.), in 1995.  Mr. Vasquez earned his graduate Doctorate of Jurisprudence degree from the University of Texas Tech School of Law, Lubbock, Texas in 2002.  After graduating from Texas A&M, Mr. Vasquez worked as a licensed stockbroker for a few years before beginning his graduate studies in Law in 1999.  As a law student, Mr. Vasquez clerked for the Securities and Exchange Commission in Fort Worth, Texas.  He also received several honors such as the Phi Delta Phi honorary member award, Dean’s List (Spring 2000 & 2002), Phi Delta Phi Highest Grade Award for the study of Constitutional Law and the CALI Highest Grade Award for the study of Criminal Procedure.  Mr. Vasquez is admitted to practice law in Texas and the United States District Court, Western District of Texas.

Mr. Vasquez is also a frequent speaker at Consumer Bankruptcy seminars.  For example, Mr. Vasquez was a speaker at the University of Texas Advanced Consumer Bankruptcy seminar where he spoke about Converting a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy PLAN to a Chapter 7 after BAPCPA.
