Rupal Parikh, Esq. is a seasoned immigration attorney with over 20 years of experience in the field. She commenced her legal career at the Nationalities Service Center in Philadelphia, where she served as a Staff Attorney. In this capacity, Ms. Parikh managed a diverse caseload encompassing asylum, removal, naturalization, and family-based adjustments of status. In recognition of her exceptional work, she was awarded the prestigious Independence Foundation Fellowship in her second year, which provided her the opportunity to represent unaccompanied minors at the Berks County Detention Center.

Subsequently, Ms. Parikh transitioned to a solo practice in Bergen County, NJ, where she refined her skills in business immigration law. In 2006, she founded her own firm, specializing in Immigration and Nationality Law, and currently serves as the Managing Attorney, leading a dedicated team of associates and support staff.
