I am a Director of Legal Affairs at T-Mobile focusing on complex consumer and commercial litigation.  Prior to joining T-Mobile, I practiced at a prominent international law firm in its commercial litigation practice group.  I focused on the prosecution and defense of high-stakes commercial and class action lawsuits in many arenas, with emphasis in online privacy disputes, commercial email disputes, securities litigation, defense of Consumer Protection Act claims, franchise-related claims, intellectual property and technology litigation and high-stakes contract disputes.

I have experience representing corporate entities, issuers, officers, directors and other corporate executives, broker/dealers, investors and hedge funds in complex securities fraud actions, breach of fiduciary duty cases, trademark and copyright infringement actions, and proceedings before regulatory agencies.  I also have experience arbitrating and mediating disputes and place emphasis on finding appropriate alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
