Rustin Duncan is a partner at King Law. He is a lifelong native and resident of Greenville, South Carolina. He works from the firm’s Greer office and covers the Upstate of South Carolina. Rusty currently practices primarily in the areas of family law, adoptions, juvenile matters, criminal law, traffic, civil litigation, business law, employment law, and wills/estates.
Community Involvement

Rusty is a former member of the Tryon Rotary Club and has volunteered legal services for Steps to Hope in the past. He is a member of the Greer Chamber of Commerce and active in the community. He has been interviewed on News Channel 7 for a law related story and has guest posted on legal blogs. He was very active in law school serving in student government and as a leader of several student groups. He also had several law related articles published during law school.
Outside of King Law

Rusty is an active member of Taylors First Baptist Church in Taylors, South Carolina. Rusty and his wife, Anna, have two children and reside in Greenville, South Carolina.
