I am a trial attorney and founding partner of Kalamaya | Goscha. I have taken over forty cases to trial, including approximately two dozen jury trials. Several of my cases have been featured in news publications like the Wall Street Journal, ESPN, New York Times and Denver Post. I have been named to the Rising Stars list for the last five years by Colorado Super Lawyers for Family Law. I am one of only three Rising Stars in Family Law based in the Central Rockies and Western Slope.

I primarily handle cases involving personal issues – divorce, child custody, complex property valuation, persons accused of committing crimes, and personal injury.

Personal Info: I earned a scholarship to play baseball at the University of Virginia. I spent a year teaching History in England at an elite boarding school, and have traveled to over 25 countries in Europe, Asia, Africa and Latin America. In my free time, I enjoy skiing, fly-fishing, mountain biking, and chasing my two toddlers around the mountains with my wife.
