Mr. Moore is the president at First Coast Consumer Law, which is dedicated to serving consumers through the state of Florida.  Mr. Moore specializes in protecting consumers from abusive and harrassing debt collection practices, including bringing cases under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Florida Consumer Collection Practices Act, and other consumer protection statutes.  Additionally, Mr. Moore focuses on foreclosure defense, credit reporting issues, landlord/tenant, debt defense, and bankruptcy.  In 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018 he was selected to the distinguished list of Florida Super Lawyers Rising Stars, a distinction which less than 3% of attorneys in the state receive.
