Ryan Stefani is a litigation attorney with Nyemaster Goode, P.C.  Ryan assists clients in the areas of Labor & Employment, Personal Injury, and Commercial Litigation.  He has worked on matters involving alleged discrimination, harassment, and retaliation based on race, gender, age, disability, and FMLA leave.  Ryan has advised employers and institutions of higher learning on matters involving Labor disputes, disability accommodations, and covenants not to compete.  He also represents clients in defense against suits involving car accidents, slip and falls, defamation, and other personal injury theories.  Ryan has worked on contract and warranty claims governed by the UCC, Article 2, as well as contract claims brought under the common law.

Ryan graduated from law school at Drake University, where he served as a student attorney with the Drake Legal Clinic and competed in moot court.  Ryan also served as a summer law clerk with Nyemaster during law school before joining the firm as an associate in the fall of 2014.
