Ryan Higgins is a Partner/Shareholder in the Houston based law firm of Rusty Hardin & Associates LLP with a practice devoted exclusively to civil litigation and trials.

Across the United States he leads individuals and businesses in trials and litigation from a wide range of industries. This includes representing clients in the energy industry, investment banking, casinos, hedge funds, pharmaceutical, fashion, and technology.

Ryan handles cases on an hourly basis but he prefers to share the risk of winning with the client and as such seeks to find alternative fee arrangements when helpful to the client.  A contingency-fee basis is often better as his time and efforts pay off only when the client wins.  His  interests are aligned with the clients-"I want to achieve the best-possible outcome at the lowest possible cost."
