Ryan Garchie is a highly skilled attorney and passionate advocate who works closely with his clients to achieve the best results possible. His employment law practice involves representing clients in a wide variety of cases, including: sexual harassment, age/gender/race/disability discrimination, retaliation, whistleblower claims, meal and rest period violations, failure to pay overtime and other wage-related claims.  His personal injury practice includes: car accidents, bus accidents, bicycle accidents, slip and falls, premises liability and wrongful death.

Before founding Garchie Law, Ryan was a Partner at an AmLaw 100 law firm, where he worked for 10 years, and specialized in employment law, personal injury, professional liability, products liability and insurance coverage. Based on this experience, Ryan has intimate knowledge of defense attorney strategies as well as the way in which they evaluate cases, which provides his clients an invaluable source of insight and information throughout the litigation process.

Ryan is a San Diego native and attended University of San Diego High School. After growing up in California his whole life and wanting to experience something new, Ryan went to the University of Notre Dame where he experienced all of the seasons, saw snow for the first time and received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management Information Systems. For law school, Ryan returned to California and attended University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.
