Firm founder, Murry Kinard, has distinguished himself in a wide variety of areas over the years. He has lived in Lexington for most of his life, and graduated from Lander College in Greenwood, South Carolina, and the University of South Carolina of Law in Columbia, South Carolina. Murry understands the concerns of the Lexington community, and practices law with the principles that are important to almost everybody he knows: honesty, integrity, and efficiency.  Murry is married to his wife Amy, and has three children. Mr. Kinard has practiced law in a wide array of areas over the years including: Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, Workers' Compensation, Workplace Injuries & Industrial Accidents, Family Law, Divorce, Child Custody and Criminal Law. He represents clients throughout the Midlands, including Lexington, Columbia, and other communities in the counties of Richland, Lexington, Aiken, Saluda, and Newberry.  Murry has extensive trial experience in Circuit Court and Family Court.
