Sabrina Streusand has 30 years of experience representing clients in a variety of workout and bankruptcy matters. She regularly advises clients on mitigating the risk in credit transactions and protecting the rights of creditors in both State and Federal Courts. She has represented clients in collection actions, foreclosure sales, debt restructures, refinance, preference and fraudulent transfer litigation, reclamation of assets and legal malpractice defense. She has extensive Chapter 11 experience representing creditors, creditors’ committees and debtors. Ms. Streusand has also written articles and has presented many topics including intellectual property in bankruptcy, rights of leasing creditors in Chapter 11, confirmation of Chapter 11 plans, the role of creditors’ committees, the new amendments to the Bankruptcy Code and creditors’ rights and risks in bankruptcy proceedings.   From April 2004 to December 2007, Ms. Streusand was the managing partner for the Hughes & Luce, LLP Austin office.  Sabrina has had an AV-Rating from Martindale-Hubbell for 20 years, reflecting overall expertise, experience, integrity, and professional excellence.
