Sachin Gadh chairs the Workers’ Compensation Group at Schwartzapfel Lawyers P.C. As an experienced New York City worker’s compensation attorney, Mr. Gadh fights tooth and nail to ensure that injured workers receive the benefits they has spent his career fighting for those who can’t fight for themselves. In his first position after earning his law degree, Mr. Gadh represented claimants seeking Social Security Disability benefits. He filed successful applications and often appeared before administrative law judges to make compelling arguments on behalf of individuals with disabilities.

Currently, Mr. Gadh primarily helps workers and their families recover money and benefits for construction site accidents and other on-the-job . Gadh can communicate with clients in English, Hindi and conversational Spanish.
