Mr. Raval has been recognized for his expertise in managing the full lifecycle of foreign talent retention. Mr. Raval's article on Auction Rate Securities was published in the New York State Bar Association's Business Law Journal. The article won 2nd place for its analysis of the subprime mortgage crisis and its effect on the auction rate securities market. Furthermore, Mr. Raval was an editor for the International Journal of Communications Law and Policy.

Mr. Raval holds a Juris Doctorate and a Masters of Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Investments from New York Law School and the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College. Mr. Raval has received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History with minors in Economics and Geography from Rutgers University - New Brunswick. He speaks Gujarati and Hindi.
