Sagi Shaked is the immediate past president of the prestigious Southern Trial Lawyers Association.

Sagi Shaked actively litigates personal injury cases involving catastrophic injuries and wrongful death on behalf of victims and their families. His cases include motor vehicle accidents, product liability, medical negligence and malpractice, nursing home abuse and neglect, trucking accidents, industrial accidents, premises liability, drowning accidents, airline accidents, burn-related accidents, and more. At the age of 28, Mr. Shaked was one of the youngest lawyers in the United States to secure a multi-million-dollar verdict in a single personal injury lawsuit.

Additionally, Mr. Shaked settled a personal injury case for an amount in excess of $100,000,000.00, though the exact figure remains confidential due to a confidentiality agreement.

Sagi Shaked is a Florida Bar Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer and is also Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the National Board of Trial Advocates. He is a founding partner of Shaked Law Personal Injury Lawyers. Mr. Shaked graduated with honors from Florida International University in 1996 with a B.S., and in 1999, he earned his law degree with honors from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center.

Mr. Shaked frequently lectures across the United States for trial lawyer organizations on topics such as trial advocacy, traumatic brain injuries, wrongful death, and other injuries sustained by personal injury victims.

He is a member of the Florida Justice Association (formerly the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers) and is the past chair of its Young Lawyers Section. He has chaired numerous committees for the Dade County Bar Association and successfully completed a three-year term as a board member. Mr. Shaked is also an EAGLE Friend member of the Florida Justice Association and a past president of the distinguished Southern Trial Lawyers Association. Additionally, he is a member of the American Association for Justice (AAJ) and The American Trial Lawyers Association (ATLA).

From 2005 to 2009, Mr. Shaked was named one of the state’s "Up & Coming Attorneys" by the South Florida Legal Guide.

Mr. Shaked has also been recognized as one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers in the United States by the American Trial Lawyers Association. He holds certifications from both the Florida Bar and the National Board of Trial Advocacy.

Mr. Shaked is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Florida, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the District of Columbia, the Supreme Court of Florida, and all state courts within Florida.

Mr. Shaked is fluent in English and Hebrew.
