Samantha Hudler is an Associate Attorney at White, Hilferty & Albanese, focusing her practice on employment discrimination and sexual harassment. In May 2018, Samantha graduated with a J.D. from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University. During her time in law school, Samantha served as an Articles Editor on the Hofstra Labor & Employment Law Journal and focused her legal studies primarily on labor and employment law.

During her first summer in law school, Samantha interned at the New York State Division of Human Rights where her work focused mainly on labor and employment matters. In her second summer, Samantha was a Law Clerk at a firm located in Nassau County that focused mainly on advising and counseling clients on labor and employment matters.

Prior to law school, Samantha received her B.A. in Criminal Justice from Widener University. During her senior year at Widener University, Samantha interned at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. After graduating, Samantha was employed as a paralegal at a boutique labor and employment law firm located in Suffolk County where she performed legal research, drafted documents, and helped clients achieve justice by assisting them with their claims.

Samantha is admitted to practice law throughout the State Courts of New York and New Jersey, the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Samantha intends to devote her career to labor and employment matters.
