Samantha Evian is an Attorney in the Family Law group and has dedicated her career exclusively to Family Law.  She has extensive experience in representing all aspects of matrimonial negotiation and litigation including divorce, support, child custody, alimony, equitable distribution and domestic violence in both Pennsylvania, including Philadelphia, Montgomery, Delaware, Bucks, Chester counties and New Jersey.  She also has extensive experience with international divorce, adoption and pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements. 

Ms. Evian is an active member of the Philadelphia Bar Association's Family Law Division and the alumni groups of the University of Pennsylvania and Temple University Beasley School of Law.  She has volunteered extensively in civic projects and contributes her time to numerous local charities including Hadassah.  She is an active member of the Nicholas A. Cipriani Family Law Inn of Court in Philadelphia and the Doris Jonas Freed American Inn of Court for Montgomery, Bucks, Delaware and Chester Counties.  She has also volunteered with the Small Business Development Center at Temple University and the Women's Law Project.  Ms. Evian has offered pro bono family law assistance through Philadelphia VIP.

Ms. Evian was named to the list of "Pennsylvania Rising Stars" by Super Lawyers.  a publication of Thomson Reuters which recognizes only 2.5% of attorneys. She has also been named in the Suburban Life and Philadelphia Life Magazines on the “Who's Who” list of the Best Family Law Attorneys, and on the Top Attorney list – which is created via readers and attorney peers casting their votes for the area’s top lawyers. She is proficient in Spanish.
