Biography
Samantha V. Ricci graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2007 from Allegheny College in Meadville, Pennsylvania. She received her law degree in 2010 from William & Mary Law School, where she was the senior notes editor of the William & Mary Journal of Women and the Law. After law school, she clerked for the Administrative Judge of the Erie County Court of Common Pleas Trial Division in Erie, Pennsylvania. She is admitted to practice law in both Virginia and Pennsylvania.
