Samar Siyam practices in the areas of civil litigation, insurance defense and coverage, and personal injury protection (PIP) litigation and arbitration.

Before joining the firm, Samar served as law clerk to Hon. Esther Suarez, Superior Court, Civil Division, Hudson County Vicinage.  While in law school, she served as legal counsel through the school’s Immigration Justice Clinic, representing clients in asylum matters. Samar served as a legal intern for the Office of the Bergen County Counsel in 2008 where she assisted County Counsel by conducting legal research and drafting memoranda pertaining to civil liability, negligence, labor and employment law and public property liability.

Samar was recently elected as President-Elect of the Bergen County Bar Association-Young Lawyers’ Division. 

She obtained her juris doctor degree from Pace University School of Law in 2009 and a bachelors degree from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey.
