I am a Pittsburgh criminal defense attorney and partner at Worgul, Sarna & Ness, Criminal Defense Attorneys, LLC in downtown Pittsburgh. In this position, I am able to provide aggressive, diligent, and knowledgeable representation to individuals struggling with serious DUI, traffic, violent, and criminal cases throughout the various counties of Western Pennsylvania. However, a main focus of mine - and our firms - is DUI defense.

Since passing the Pennsylvania Bar in 2010, I have handled hundreds of criminal cases, including juvenile, misdemeanor, and felony cases covering DUI, violent crimes, sex crimes, drug crimes, and crimes against property. I’m also an experienced litigator who has successfully taken over 20 jury and bench trials to verdict, and I have successfully briefed and argued criminal appeals before the Superior Court.
