In 2015, 2017 and 2020, I successfully brought three matters before the Third Circuit Court of Appeals resulting in reversals of summary judgment/dismissal.  All three cases resulted in precedential opinions which changed the laws in regards to FMLA, sexual harassment and ADA cases.  See Moody v. My most recent jury trial in November 2018, in the matter of Watson v. Lloyd Industries, a race discrimination in employment case filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of PA, the jury returned a favorable verdict for my client in the sum of $849,000  This verdict ranked as one of the 100 highest employment law verdicts in the nation that year.
