If you've been injured at work or developed a medical condition because of your job, you may be entitled to medical treatment for the injury or condition and monetary benefits for time you lost from work as a result.  Even if your disability is unrelated to your job or an accident, if you paid into the Social Security system when you were working, you may be entitled to Social Security Disability benefits.  I represent the injured and disabled, helping them to receive the benefits they're entitled to under the law.  Because I work alone--even answering my own phone--I can offer a more personal, closer representation relationship than the big firms where secretaries man the phones and a different lawyer might appear at each hearing or answer each phone call.

In both WC and SSD, fees must be approved by the agency involved, and are payable out of your benefits, so I only get paid if you get paid.  In Workers' Compensation, the usual fee request is 15%, and in Social Security Disability, the agency's pre-approved expedited fee is 25% up to a maximum that changes from time to time.
