Samuel Randall is an employment, immigration and litigation attorney. He counsels and represents small businesses and public and private sector employees in a broad range of employment and labor law related issues, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour violations, equal pay, employment contracts, employee discipline, restrictive covenants, severance agreements, retirement and disability issues and other employment related matters.
