My legal practice centers on civil and commercial litigation, tort litigation, and business law. I work with businesses on contract disputes, negotiation, and collection. I have represented both plaintiffs and defendants in claims of negligence and have also represented government entities on numerous matters. Regardless of the issue, I focus on bringing value to my clients and finding creative solutions to problems.

In my personal injury and tort practice, I navigate complex insurance disputes, including bad faith delay and denials of coverage. I have handled a range of cases involving serious injury and wrongful death, negotiating millions in settlements for my clients and ensuring they receive the maximum value for their claims.

In addition to cases in the Superior Court and Federal District Court, I have worked on cases at the U.S. Supreme Court, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Arizona Supreme Court. I am also the founder of Legal Aid of Arizona, which provides free legal referrals and educational seminars to the public.
