The stated hourly rate is for divorce and family court cases.  For medical malpractice and personal injury, there is no fee unless we obtain compensation for you.  For residentrial real esatte closings, we charge a flat rate fee.  I have been practicing law since 1993.  There are 3 attorneys at the firm and we also have 5 support staff.  Our clients tell us that in addition to being pleased with the results that we obtain for them, they are very happy about the communication and relationship that they have with us.  They are always kept in the loop and their input is wlecomed throughout the duration of the matter for which we are representing them.  We have expertise in the areas of divorce, family law, personal injury, medical malpractice and residential real estate closings.
